Refund Policy

Payments for EntropiaControl Pro are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor.
Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle within 14 days from the transaction date.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle according to Paddle's Refund Policy, Buyer Terms, checkout terms, and applicable consumer protection laws.
If a refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund to the original payment method where possible. Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 days of approval.
If a refund is issued, access to the refunded EntropiaControl Pro product or service may cease.
