Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid EntropiaControl one-time purchases processed through Stripe Checkout after account authentication and server-side eligibility revalidation. EntropiaControl does not sell subscriptions or make automatic recurring charges.

1. Refund requests

EntropiaControl accepts refund requests. EntropiaControl reviews each request according to the circumstances of the transaction, the terms presented for the purchase, and applicable law. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or an automatic refund.

2. Full and partial refunds

When a request is approved, the refund may be full or partial as appropriate to the circumstances. Stripe supports processing full and partial refunds where supported by the payment method. This capability does not make either type of refund automatic or mandatory for every request.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear after submission depends on Stripe, the payment method, the card network, and the customer's financial institution.

4. Applicable law

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
